ChainMail uses a new 7 stage process for processing orders called ´SEAPRID´:
1. Started
2. Entered
3. Authorised
4. Printed
5. Ready
6. Invoiced
7. Despatched

Orders progress through the system in the order shown above and their status can be seen at any time.
Reports can be automatically generated on an hourly, daily or weekly basis allowing managers to see how many orders are currently in the system, e.g.
- How many orders are still needing to be shipped,
- How many orders were started but haven´t been completed,
- How much stock in the warehouse is already allocated to orders,
- etc.
